  • AI Automation — implementation of intelligent process automation across business operations
  • Copilot AI Integration — development of AI-assisted tools and copilots to enhance workforce productivity
  • Data Intelligence — data pipeline engineering, analytics, and AI-driven business intelligence solutions

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement mutually agreed upon by AIXPERTZ and the client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, software, designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on the AIXPERTZ website or delivered as part of our services are owned by or licensed to AIXPERTZ, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Website Content — all text, graphics, images, and code on this website are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
  • Client Deliverables — ownership of custom deliverables created for clients will be governed by the specific terms outlined in the applicable SOW or service agreement.
  • Pre-existing IP — AIXPERTZ retains all rights to its pre-existing intellectual property, frameworks, methodologies, and tools used in the delivery of services.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our website and services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting inquiries or entering into service agreements
  • Use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website, servers, or systems
  • Not introduce viruses, malware, or any other harmful code to our website or systems
  • Not scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from our website without prior written consent

5. Limitation of Liability

  • AIXPERTZ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our website or services.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to AIXPERTZ for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event.
  • AIXPERTZ does not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or cost savings from the implementation of AI solutions. Results may vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIXPERTZ, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of our website or services in violation of these terms
  • Your breach of any representation or warranty made under these terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
  • Any content or data you provide to AIXPERTZ in connection with our services

7. Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

For enterprise engagements involving the processing of client data, additional data protection terms may be specified in the applicable SOW or a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

For domestic disputes, the courts of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

International Arbitration

For disputes involving international clients or cross-border engagements, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be New Delhi, India. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

9. Termination

AIXPERTZ reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our website or services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service, is harmful to other users or third parties, or is otherwise objectionable.

For active service engagements, termination terms will be governed by the applicable SOW or service agreement. In the absence of specific termination provisions, either party may terminate a service engagement by providing thirty (30) days written notice to the other party.

Upon termination, all provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive will remain in effect, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

AIXPERTZ reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on our website.
